We're in process of buying a house but need a quote on repointing and brick repair to chimney stack in Gascoigne

Job description:It's a Victorian terrace and the chimney stack is in need of repair. It looks to be a combination of repointing and replacing some cracked bricks. It's a two storey building and given the apex of the roof at most the stack is about 16 bricks high. We're hoping the work will be accessible without the need of scaffolding but if this isn't possible then so be it but we would like a quote on this job first but there is the possibility of further work aswell.
