Job description:For a very old building. Due to subsidence : * need to cut back wall and rebuild in 2 places, install strap in some places and repoint in others (according to structural engineer instructions) * build walls for pavement light well * open a couple of doorways, replace wooden lintels, block up old doorway * turn the fireplace around * replace coping stone on lowered wall and key in pillar * some internal block work etc
