Repointing brickwork and replacing small area of rooftiles in Moseley and Kings Heath

Job description:Repointing brickwork required at the back of the house (a Victorian property), first floor level. Approx 2 metres squares. Also some roof tiles may need replacing on sloping roof above bathroom as there is a damp area showing on the ceiling in the bathroom. Also survey (when I bought the property earlier this year) suggested the chimney may need some work, so would also like a quote for that.
