Repair to crack in front wall of house in Blackrod

Job description:I think repointing might not be sufficient but I wasn't sure what else to select.
A crack has appeared above the front door and in the front of the house. It appears to be quite serious. A brick next to the window ledge join the first floor is approx 0.5cm jutting out.
