Job description:Defective Mortar joints to front and rear elevations need tobe raked out and repointed. Defective render to the front elevation required to be hacked off and replaced. There is also a lack of lintel provision above doors and windows, this may be covered under double glazing requirements. Barge boards, soffits need to be replaced.
