Job description:FROM STRUCTURAL SURVEY ON HOUSE WE INTEND TO BUY: DAMPROOFING - 2 ROOMS - AROUND 60 FEET OF WALLS - FRONT ROOM & KITCHEN REPLASTERING 2 AREAS WHERE PLASTER WAS AFFECTED BY PREVIOUS PENETRATING DAMP UPSTAIRS (SAY 10FT)- BATHROOM/BEDROOM REPOINTING SOME CRACKED POINTING TO FRONT ELEVATION (LOCALISED - ONE CRACK RUNNING TOP TO BOTTOM) REPAIR RENDER TO CHIMNEY STACK REPOINT JOINT TO STONE COPINGS AROUND ROOF RENEW CORRODED CAST IRON FALL PIPE TO FRONT\(remove stonework to gain access and then relay) REPAIR CRACKED STONE MULLION TO FIRST FLOOR WINDOW.
