Repointing of single wall to front of house in Saltdean

Job description:We are about to purchase this property and have noted and have been advised that the pointing on one of the walls at the front of the house is not up to standard. The area is not extensive but we would like it repaired as our surveyor was concerned about moisture getting inside the wall cavity and coroding the wall ties. Obviously until we complete on the purchase we cannot commission the work but are looking for quotes at this time.
