Build steps upto front door and some terralineing in St George

Job description:have raised the level of floor inside flats so now i need some new steps built upto the new front door. needs to be someone that knows about current regs to build stairs. also a small amount of terralineing above the new front door and a bit out the back where a conservatorys been knocked down. also a small wall out the front to be finished and capping stones put on.
