18" from base right side of breast missing? in Canton

Job description:Chris johnson Cardiff I removed an 80's fire place, Old block style. On removal I found that 18" of bricks have been removed from the base of the breast. ( right side) and filled up with some concrete and rubble. It will need a layer of 5 bricks and bracing I think.
