Bricking up under new window before it is fitted. in Penylan

Job description:first floor window is to be fitted (by me - not part of job) in space of old floor length patio style doors that used to open onto a balcony now gone. Thus before fitting need to build up below window from floor: 9 courses of 3 inch bricks, 7 bricks across, plus windowsill of concrete or stone. some tying in to existing wall desirable. internal skin can be blocks. we will provide materials (unless you wish to or can advise better)
