Repointing needed on front of the house before winter in Christ Church

Job description:Victorian semi-detached house has 4 sash windows (2 up, 2 down) which were replaced/repaired when the house was renovated before we bought it. We think the pointing around the windows was badly done or put on top of the old pointing so now it is all coming out/crumbling/cracking and possibly causing some of the brickwork to bulge.
