Remove old wall, approx 3' high, replace w. New wall & other work required as well in Highwoods

Job description:Existing wall is collapsing so needs removing, along with a foot or so of soil behind it, then replacing with a new wall. I am looking for further work in the garden such as sinking slabs around a new conservatory, a new patio, steps up from existing patio to lawn. I know I really need a lanscaper but there is no category for this.
