Garden wall required in Mile End

Job description:I have a front garden (approx 6m x6m). I would like to have a wall built around this with railings/metal work incorporated. I would also like the front path (approx 2m in length) to be tiled in a black and white mosaic design. For the main area, I would like this to be tidied up, perhaps with a small circular bed for plants and the rest of the surrounding area either paved, or for sharp grit to be placed. Basically, I would like a classic Victorian design.
