Paving slabs laid,concrete sills repaired, window frames sealed in Mid Berwickshire

Job description:an area of 4.2m by 2.4m to be paved over by slabs, size, 600mm by 600mm. the area, which is between the rear of the house and the garden is on a slope, so a step or steps may be needed,so as to keep the area level.the area is covered by small loose stones,bricks, & old slabs. also,one broken slab about 900mm by 50mm to be replaced. also,there are two concrete sills to be repaired.there is a crack in the kitchen sill & an upstairs bedroom sill has a crack at one end & a piece missing from the other end. also,all outside window frames need sealing material applied,ie, where the wooden frames come in contact with the wall. the house is three bedroomed semidetachet. i will not be supplying the materials. for the work.
