Repointing/sealing llintel around 4 windows in Newtownards

Job description:Four windows 1.5 m high x 2.4 m long - one window 1.1m high x 1.3 m long. (approx dimns). Only one window on first floor requires extended ladder access - the others on ground floor or accessible from flat roof. I believe wind noise comes from gap between steel lintel and DG window frame - existing mastic seal has probably shrunk.
