Job description:Walls are of cavity brick construction, approx 31cm in thickness. Some horizontal & stepped cracking esp to front and rear elevations. Some spalled bricks and general raking out & re-pointing as needed, incl brickwork soldier course lintels and sills to prevent moisture ingress. Repointing of brickwork inside manhole chamber in rear yard (driveway) also required. In process of buying property. Looking for contractors to do onsite visit to give fixed quote for the works pre-purchase. Must be able to provide independent testimonials and guarantees.
