Job description:A small section of brickwork above porch / behind gutter needs repointing/ repairing as it appears to be letting in damp (assessment needed). In same area - replace approx 3.5m of old wooden fascia with upvc (18mm?) fascia board. Front garden wall is cracking and needs repairing.
