Job description:Bathroom window - Top course of bricks that form the arch above has slipped and caused pointing to become loose and fall out. With regard to the kitchen window - This is a bit of a mess! Newly installed last year but not to a satisfactory standard. Non-existent pointing, window not level and may be wrong window all together and old sill was not removed (new window shorter in length, so there are 2 x sill's, one above the other) With regard to the doors - again newly installed. The surrounding finish not satisfactory - cracked and gaps filled instead of removing old bricks and replacing with new larger bricks. That's it for now. Many thanks.
