Outdoor brick steps to be built (height drop 1.1m) in Corstorphine Murrayfield

Job description:Recently had window cut down and french door with fixed side screen installed. I need steps built down from the door into garden. Height drop - approx 1.1m, width - approx 1.3m. Building warrant already obtained. Required handrails will be arranged separately. Air brick currently below door will need vented through to side of steps. A short length of sill also needs to be installed adjacent to steps (below side screen) to fill full width of window space. Anticipate that steps will be brick base with either slab or formed concrete treads, depending on cost. I also need coping added to existing sloping wall supporting another set of steps elsewhere in garden - approx length 1.75m. Work needs to be completed within next couple of months, no later than mid-September.
