Repair a brick wall in Northumberland Heath

Job description:to repair an existing wall on my drive, it was partly knock down by car, same bricks may be used but same more may be needed, the extend of damage is 5'L x 2'H there used to be a pillar. To protect the new pillar from future impacts I want a to have a metal pillar in front.The total length of wall is 5 meters, I'm considering having half a foot railing mounted on top to prevent people from sitting on it.
