Job description:We are purchasing a 1900s terrace house on Ladysmith Road in Exeter. There is some work required to the exterior walls, the chimney and the loft space - and we are looking for someone to provide a quote and carry out work. Please see list of works we are aware of below: Chimneys (exterior) - re-pointing and, if required, brickwork repair House front - re-pointing. Particular attention to the brick arches, junction with No.62 and to brickwork at high level beneath the fascia. Repair to brickwork adjacent to No.62 if required. House rear - re-pointing. Particular attention to the junction with No.58, at the join with the utility room, and at a high level where there has been some movement to the brickwork. Bay window surround - seal between window and brickwork Front wall pillars - rebuild/repair to brickwork, re-pointing Front boundary wall - re-pointing Rear boundary walls - repair and re-pointing Roof space (interior) - repairs to the brickwork supporting the purlins Roof space (interior) - stopping the void between No.60 and No.62 Roof space (interior) - re-pointing Gable - stopping a hole (including some high level work repair/remedial work externally).
