Job description:Potential purchase of semi in Frome,depending on the cost of an extension.The existing garage would have to go,and a single downstairs(SItting room)extension the length of the house,with french doors to rear,and window to front.I would like a woodburner installed in the extension also.Door into hall.also another bedroom on top of the lower extension,two windows.I would need it finished off including any electrical work,and of course the roof.Approx 16 x 14,lower and above.please note this property does not belong to me,but purchase would depend on quotes.No entry can be made to the property without prior permission.
