Job description:New french doors being installed onto rear of lounge and also possibly onto rear of kitchen. The job entails leveling existing grass area at rear of house and building a small retaining wall parallel with rear of house and paving from new wall back to house including a step or steps up to patio doors. If the quote was keen, ideally I'd like the whole patio area raised to be on ground floor level to eliminate the need for stairs.
