Job description:We live in a first floor tenement flat and have had a problem with a leak coming in above one of the windows (from the wooden box) in a bay window on the corner of the building. Looking on the outside of the building you can see where one of the stone blocks above this part of the bay window is slanted/not level and we have previously been advised that it is likely to be a problem with the pointing in the brickwork above this section of the window. The water is not coming in at any other point in the window and only comes in when it rains and is windy together which again I think suggests a problem with the pointing in that section only? Anyway, we would like to have a quote to get this fixed if possible. We would also like a quote if if possible to repair what appears to be a crack in the bottom middle section of window lintel (stone) in the bedroom at the front of the building. We have never experienced any problems with this until the recent storms where water started coming in from the top of the window itself and we have noticed the crack at the very bottom of the lintel. Not sure whether a metal strip or something on the bottom of the lintel would sort it? But again we would like a quote to get this done. Cheers
