External steps have crumbled due to weather in Linn

Job description:The tiles fell off one step and underneath it just started to crumple away, if i could get this looked at and to finish off the rest of stairs, so that its just concrete as i do not want to tile these steps again.There are six steps. The reason I just dont want to buy pre-cast step as i have a bannister.
