Rear step at conservatory requires to be adjusted to proper size that fits the garden in North East

Job description:Rear step at conservatory door was built wrongly from the start, approximately 2yrs ago.I Require step to be removed or adjusted to size that suits, from a 6ft x 4ft step, to a smaller version, preferably a semi circular type. The conservatory builders stated that they would return to fix same, when we got the planning permission through, but they never did, after numerous calls/letters to them. Obliged if someone, who knows what they are doing, could assist. Thanks Much obliged and look forward to a few quotes from you
