Retaining Wall move and rebuild in Hart

Job description:I have a split level back garden, with a retaining wall approx. 1.5m high. I would like the first wall reducing to half it's height, and a second retaining wall of about the same height putting in about a metre back from the first wall. There will also be some railings to remove which can be sold on for scrap or go to an architectural salvage yard. May also want the walls rendering but depends on cost/time.
