Job description:A small area of brickwork at eaves level has expanded due to Thermal movement.
A structural surveyor has suggested the defective pointing be replaced by Exopy resin injected grouting (Dyed to match the existing pointing)
Ther are also some gardeb wall capping stones which need to be reseated
Budget:Under £500
