Job description:Use local stone, or good substitute. Current 5 steps to be replaced by 7, of rise 150mm, tread 440mm approx. Conduit to be buried at regulation depth under steps to carry electric cable from garage at top of steps to Glasshouse at bottom of steps. Electrician (must be 'Part P') required for cabling (and advice required). Surrounding trees, other plants, and their roots are important. Local Reference for previous work would be very advantageous.
