Job description:Pointing: areas of the rear wall up to first floor level rendering, are in need of re-pointing, the full extent is not fully apparent, at this stage, I would like to invite a bricklayer to site for a closer inspection and be better advised on timing etc.. Works would include removing loose pointing and raking out the joints as necessary prior to mixing several mixes of mortar at different ratios to try and match the remainder of the house colour.
