Job description:2 sides and front wall double skimmed- i have just got planning permission. sides stepped 8m long each. front 7.5 m long . all 1.5 metres high on pillars, in-between 1.3 m up to soldier course. i will get my own quote for railings. need bricky with qualifications. dont want general builder without qualifications who sees detached house and thinks of a number ! proper costing- reasonable quote.
