Job description:End terrace house. Work needed for backyard Area approx 4m x 4m: 1)- Pull down and rebuild end garden wall with new bricks (4m - single brick thickness) 2) Where back garden wall used to be, build 3 4ft pillars. These are for hanging a small gate for person entry, and two large gates for car entry. 3) Repave yard with new flags (4m x 4m) 4) Provide border stones for flower bed edges (total 7m) and dig out flower beds and replace with new compost. 5) Erect new fence. 4m x 5ft. 6) Reroute toilet outflow pipe across to one side to provide exta length space needed for car parking. 7) For the same reason, move kitchen sink and washing machine outflow pipes flush against the wall.
