To finish a garden wall with coping stones. in Horsforth

Job description:the garden walls have crumbled but the bricks have been replaced and pointed up but they now need 'topping' with a protective coping stone. Some of the walls are straight and one has a curve. We do not have the materials but we would like advise on the best type of stone to use.
