Job description:We have a reasonable amount of blown mortar joints across the exposed faces of our house, which require repointing before the winter. We are looking for two quotes for pointing using an appropriate mortar (possibly HL or NHL lime as appropriate) to the age and construction of the house covering: 1) a quote and timings for patch repointing an approx total 20 sqm of wall (75% could be done from standard double ladder, other could possibly be done off longer ladders - wouldn't really know). 2) a quote and timings for the cost of repointing a whole house including two chimney stacks, a ground storey bay window, and a small original dormer window (with scaffold costs included as required) with total wall area of approx 200sqm (excluding windows and doors).
