Partial colapse of Chimney in Freemen

Job description:My tenants report a workman fitting next doors TV Arial has notice our chimney has 'partially collapsed' ("it is not unsafe" he said; i have been unable to visit to assess the damage myself). Our house is a mid terrace. It was recently repointed and it could have been as a result of the earthquake. I am looking for someone to go round, assess the damage, quote and repair the damage. If it is possible to photograph and email a picture of the damage, it would be appreciated but not essential.
