Job description:House has a pre-1850 single skin exterior wall with significant damp problem secondary to longstanding damaged guttering (in process of being fixed) and vegetation in contact with brickwork. We are due to have a structural engineer visit on 30/8/11 to advise re: building of second layer of bricks for structural reinforcement and. Exterior wall will also need to repointing. Further work is need on four chimney stacks so depending on quality of work further work may also be available.
