Garage extension in Thurnby

Job description:Hello I need a brick layer for the following work (plans attached): extension of brick wall at the front of a double garage (ground floor only) bringing the 19ft wide garage forward about 7-8 feet and leaving gap for new garage door and fitting lintel (foundations approx 1m - 1.5m). Building a 19ft wide(approx) separating wall inside the garage build with block work (no foundations necessary - checked with building control). At the rear of the garage there is a window and garage door. Both need lifting so they sit higher (I will be raising te concrete floor myself) and there surrounding brickwork made good. Finally Fitting of one RSJ and removal of wall underneath (see plans) When the garage is moved forward, a new roof will be required above the ground floor extension so please include this in the quote. The rest of the work i.e. plastering, plumbing, electrics, drainage will be done by myself. All building materials provided, quote for labour only, please send asap thanks
