Replace/Fit Lintels on two windows. in Lewes Priory

Job description:I'm in a 3 storey(2 storey at front, 3 at rear) victorian terrace and the brickwork above the windows on the middle floor has gone. Basically they didn't use lintels when they built it just bricks. I'd like a lintel fitting over each window and the brickwork above, which shows cracks etc.. replacing. Also rendering done on those areas The scaffolding is already in place as the bricklayer/builder we had lined up has disappeared. Cheers, Steve
