Repair to breeze block in kitchen in Belle Vale

Job description:This repair will require the removal of a number of standard house bricks at the point where the kitchen sink waste pipe leaves the premises to access the area that requires repair. The house was built in the 60's and the wall is constructed of standard house brick and breeze block with a cavity. The repair is not accessible from the kitchen because of the location of fitted kitchen cupboards, but is from the rear garden. As the area of repair is not visible without removing the house bricks from the outside, it is difficult to give any measurement to the area that requires repairing. Thank you for your time and hope that the repair can be carried out before the winter, as it is at this time the cold is felt in that area of the kitchen.
