Remove dilapidated double doors in a garden wall and brick up the entrance in County

Job description:Many years ago part of a corner property garden wall (approx 6-7ft high) was removed and garage type wooden double doors put in to give car access to the rear garden. These doors are now rotten and I wish to remove them and replace the missing wall - access is no longer needed. There is also a dilapidated home made carport behind the doors which also needs removing.
