Rear garden wall to be replaced as it could collapse at any time in Fazakerley

Job description:The rear garden wall needs replacing and when built I would like it to be a bit higher. It is in a seriously dangerous condition and could collapse anytime, so a quick response would be most grateful. I would like to know how much the quote would be using breezeblocks aswell as standard bricks. Current measurements are 73" tall and 118" wide
