Repiar to yard wall and extension of front steps to house in Mossley Hill

Job description:We need the wall to our yard repointing and possibly some of it rebuilding as it has bevelled. It is the wall to a yard of a Victorian terraced house and all in red brick. The wall is approximately 7ft high by 20 ft wide. We would also like the front steps to the house extending out slightly and retiling in red quarry tiles. The steps are approximatley 3 ft wide and need extending out from the house to allow easier access.
