Job description:The problem area is over the top of the 1st floor bedroom window. The road is on quite a steep hill so you will probably need scafold for safe access. Last year we had problems with the guttering on the same wall spilling water down the front of the house. I think this may have damaged the brickwork. Since then we have completely replaced the guttering so I'm sure it is not the guttering that is causing the water to get in.
