Build Front Outside Boundary wall+piers+gate fittings in Pinkneys Green

Job description:Build single brick wide front wall, 11 metres long: WallSection1: Wall 4m long to endof LeftDriveGatePier (Pier Height = 4ft, 16 courses) Wall Height=6 courses WallSection2: Wall 6m long from startof RightDriveGatePier to LeftGardenGatePier WallSection3: Wall 1m long from startof RightGardenGatePier. DriveGatePiers need fittings for iron 2*6ft heavy gates ,3.5ft high. Standard GardenGate fittings in GardenGate piers. Would like to have bottom 2 brick courses layed with Dark Coloured Engineering Bricks , using dark coloured mortar if possible, then damp-proof course above, then multi red bricks. Note the old wall has been removed. I believe the old existing wall foundation can be reused, but new foundation needed to support the piers. Also the drive itself runs at an angle. Can the LeftDriveGate fixing be put in at an angle inside pier so the LeftDriveGate is able to swing back 120 degrees? Would really like to not have white effloresence marks on bricks/mortar so building using materials/techniques to minimise liklihood of this.
