Possible Rising Damp in Tyldesley

Job description:I have a 100 yr old terraced house, supposedly renovated eight years ago. However, there is a damp problem in the rear elevation and I am told the existing damp course is useless. I would like the problem diagnosed correctly (as I have wasted time and money on it already) and rectified.
