Build new front side, dividing wall; repair main front boundary wall. in Westbrook

Job description:Front side dividing wall. Approx 8ft long, 2 1/2-3 ft high. At present the railings here have broken and fallen down, so I would like a new wall. I have been told it will need excavating down about 300mm to pour concrete footing, then erecting of bricks with a course of featured decorative blocks and a brick on edge feature finish. Main front boundary wall needs wire-brushing, scraping, sanding , filling in of existing render and painting.
