Moving fireplace, pointing, lintels in Dene

Job description:I want to move a fireplace from back chimney to front. Chimney already there and should be ok after a sweep. Lintel may need to be put in. I will want the back fireplace as an alcove so the chimney will need cutting off leaving the space below. Also need some repointing doing outside on a wall and also on the house. Need lintels putting in on back bedroom and landing window and also above front door. Also require a new front step.
