Job description:We are looking for someone to repoint one side of a tyneside bay window. We have had a survey done and they recommed the following work be done: the defective sand / cement mortar skew is racked out and replaced with a polysulphide flexible sealant, and mortar pointed over with a lime cement mortar mix. this work only needs to be done on the lower half oneside of the bay and they suggested it would cost in the region of £75 + VAT.
