Job description:1. Builder to provide materials, I provide door and frame. I will provide fence panels to top dividing wall, builder to fit them. 2. New wall to replace rear up and over door at rear of yard to a Tyneside flat in Gosforth. Probably needs a plate fitting to buttress into neighbours wall. 3. Wooden gate and frame to be fitted into rear wall. 4. 2 wooden panels to be fitted to be fitted to a short 0.6mt high brick dividing wall. 5. Width of rear wall approx 2.3m. Height to approx 2m 6. Length of dividing wall approx 3.5m, height to approx 0.6m
