Job description:1) I am looking to have a new window created. I have a red brick Edwardian terrace house. This would be approx 2.5ft by 2ft double glazed window with frosted glass for my upstairs bathroom with a top opening part. 2) Gutters on lower portion of house to be refixed and altered so window can open. Part of pointing etc. 3) Pointing in inaccessable places to be attended to. 4) Replacement of timber lintel above window on rear elevation of house as current one is worn. 5) The firebreak wall in my loft to adjoining property to be completed per modern building regs. The loft is not boarded at the current time.
